Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to lease KS Partners @Brickstone Square mixed-use scheme in Andover, Ma. The 1 million square foot office park located at 100-300 Brickstone Square was driven by William Wood of the American Woolen Company. The office component consists of three buildings situated on 53 acres originally known as Shawsheen Village.The development was originally conceived nearly 100 years ago as a planned corporate mixed-use community featuring a railroad station, shops, apartment buildings, parks and single-family housing for workers. Common amenities include a cafeteria, a conference center and parking for 3,800 cars.
Blake Baldwin, Kurtis Gibbs and Michael Dalton of Cushman & Wakefield will be the leasing agents for the property. āBrickstone was the original live-work-play environment in New England ā we intend to emphasize and enhance this even further,ā said Michael Dalton, Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield.
