Naspers, the South African global Internet and entertainment group and technology investor, has leased 9,000 sqm of office space in Berlin. The property, Pressehaus am Alexanderplatz, located at Karl Liebknecht Strasse 29, was recently acquired by the New York-based Tishman Speyer. Naspers is expanding its presence in Berlin. CBRE, DLA Piper and Samp Schilling acted as advisors.
