The Rabsky Group is under contract with Brooklyn Hospital for the $100 million purchase of a large Fort Greene medical facility. Located at 240 Willoughby Street, the Maynard Building sale includes 350,000 square feet of residential development rights. Rabsky is also under contract to purchase the hospital’s parking garage, which would come with an additional 700,000 sqf of rights. The development air rights are conditional to a rezoning approval from Brooklyn’s City Council. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bob Knakal brokered the transaction.
