Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Ryan Room to Regional Manager of the Philadelphia market. In his new role, Room will oversee all aspects of JLL’s office property management business throughout Greater Philadelphia, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Room comes to Philadelphia from JLL’s Midwest region, where he has overseen all aspects of the firm’s property management business throughout the state of Indiana since 2014. Prior to joining JLL, Room served in senior property management capacities with the Indianapolis office of Summit Realty Group (now Colliers International), and Chicago-based Zeller Realty Group. Room is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington and holds a B.S. in Public Affairs with a concentration in Business Management.
