Vastint Poland has signed lease agreements with two new tenants at Business Garden Warsaw. The names the tenants were not disclosed but are involved in the financial sector. They took a total of 4,500 sqm and will move into the complex later this year. Business Garden is located at one of the main arteries in central Warsaw. The complex features seven office buildings totaling 90,000 sqm of leasable space as well as a hotel with more than 200 rooms, a conference center with eight rooms and a restaurant. A new section of the scheme, including a canteen, grocery store, fitness club and a number of service points, is set to open soon. The project was awarded LEED Platinum certification.
