VMWare was assisted in the deal by Colliers International Bulgaria.
Garitage is a residential and business complex offering a total of 165,000 sqm. It will offer a total of 95,000 sqm of office space and 60,000 sqm of residential areas along with cafes, restaurants, a sports center and a park.
