Stuart Beety has been appointed senior vice president of business development at Skanska Commercial Development Europe, one of the leading office developers in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania. Beety joins Skanska’s CEE commercial development unit’s management team. He has nearly 20 years of real estate and financial experience. Most recently he was head of corporate real estate for the EMEA region at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for real estate strategy and portfolio management. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London.
