Bartosz Puzdrowski is stepping down from his position as general manager of Impact Developer & Contractor on March 1 for personal reasons. He will be replaced by Bogdan Oslobeanu, who previously worked at KazMunayGaz and Ernst & Young. Oslobeanu will be Impact’s fifth head since 2012. He will assume the position of deputy general manager. Impact is owned by Gheorghe Iaciu.
