Design Offices and WirtschaftsTreuhand signed long-term lease contracts, totaling 10,000 sqm, at the Atlas office complex in Munich. The property, which is currently under construction, is almost fully leased, with just 2,000 sqm still available. Design Offices, which offers co-working opportunities, will occupy 8,300 sqm of space, while WirtschaftsTreuhand signed on to take 1,700 sqm of office space. Art-Invest Real Estate, the owner of the scheme, was advised by GSK Stockmann und BNP Paribas Real Estate.
