Nordic IT provider Solteq signed a lease on 600 sqm of office space at Wrocław 101. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while the owner of the property, Crownway Investments, was represented by Knight Frank. Wrocław 101 is located on a public square near the city’s Główny train station. “IT companies are on the search for modern offices, but location and offered facilities are also of great value. The new office in a class A building, which is Wrocław 101, will allow Solteq to continue to grow and expand its team,” said Bartosz Plewa, a junior consultant in the office agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
