Aurelis Real Estate has purchased an industrial property in Stuttgart-Obertürkheim from GE Power. The purchase price was not disclosed. The plot, which features four buildings, is located on Augsburger Strasse. The property offers 17,400 sqm of space, which can be used as office, manufacture, warehouse and technological space. The main four-story building features a canteen and offers 6,400 sqm of office space for new tenants. Aurelis was advised by CMS Hasche Sigle, while Cushman & Wakefield advised the buyer.
