Swiss Life Asset Managers has acquired an office and commercial property in Dresden for its Key Regional Cities fund. Located on Fetscherplatz, the property features approximately 8,000 sqm of office and retail space. The purchase price was not disclosed. The building is leased to the University of Dresden and the insurance group Versicherungskammer Bayern, among others. The fund, launched in 2017, invests in office and mixed-use properties in German regional centers and is targeting a volume of €250m.
