FLE, an investment advisor headquartered in Vienna, has bought Wratislavia Center in Wrocław on behalf of FLE SICAV FIS. The buyer was advised by the law firm White & Case, while Knight Frank acted on behalf of the seller, a private investor whose name was not disclosed. The cost of the deal was also kept confidential. Wratislavia Center is a mixed-use complex located in Wrocław’s Old Town. The property offers 16,950 sqm of space and includes a five-star hotel, offices, ground-floor retail units and a large, underground parking facility.
