Karel Klečka has joined Panattoni Europe’s central European division and assume the position of Director of Capital Markets for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Klečka’s most recent position was at Patria Investment Company where he was a board member and also held a directorial position. He was responsible for the launch of the company’s real estate fund and has experience obtaining building permits, structuring investment funds and acquiring investors. Klečka, who graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and majored in Economics and Real Estate Management, will establish and maintain business relationships between Panattoni and its capital partners and investors for industrial projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Among Panattoni’s recent clients are H&M, Tesco or Amazon.
