Rise.pl, a Polish coworking space and serviced office operator, has leased 1,450 sqm of space at the Galileo building in Kraków. Savills, the office building’s exclusive agent, represented the owner, GTC. Galileo is located on Armii Krajowej street and offers 10,600 sqm of office space. “In recent months, we have been witnessing a dynamic development of the flexible workplaces. Rise.pl is a company that has been present in Poland for a long time, with a strong position primarily on the Kraków market, from which it originates. The presence of the operator will allow existing tenants of the building to rent a serviced office for a short period, which is a very convenient solution if you need to quickly launch an additional project,” said Dariusz Karwański, associate director of landlord representation at Savills Office Agency.
