Mulberry Development has signed a lease agreement with consultancy firm KPMG, which will take space at ISHO Offices, going up in Timisoara. ISHO Offices is going up in three stages and will offer a total of 50,000 sqm. The first phase will have a leasable area of 18,000 sqm and is scheduled for delivery this spring. The ISHO complex will also include a major residential component with more than 1,000 apartments, a pedestrian area, more than 2,000 parking spaces and nearly 1 ha of green spaces and parks.
