Ondaplast to open plastics factory in Subotica, Serbia

The Italian company Ondaplast has acquired an industrial building in Subotica, North Serbia in which it plans to open a plastics factory. The facility used to be a distribution center for Metro Cash and Carry. Production is planned to get underway by August 2018 following the reconstruction of the 10,000 sqm building. Ondaplast will prepare and install modern equipment for production of plastic items such as baskets, packing boxes, crates, refrigerator back panels, and other products. The Italians plans to employ around 100 workers.
