Forte Partners is preparing a new mixed-use project in Bucharest. The developer owns, through Serban Voda Development Plaza, an 1.8 ha field near the Adesgo factory across from Tineretului Park. Forte Partners wants to build offices, apartments and commercial space on the land. The company was founded by business entrepreneurs Geo Margescu, Johny Jabra and Ionut Dumitrescu.
