PHI Group, an American company with investments in natural resources, energy and agriculture, wants to build an industrial park, an energy plant and at least 10 ha of greenhouses in Transilvania. The projects will be funded by the company’s investment fund, as well as by various European banks, PHI said. Last year, PHI Group acquired a construction company in Sibiu and an agricultural company in Timis.
