The Polish division of the international logistics company Asstra Forwarding AG expanded its existing space by 300 sqm at The Park Warsaw office building. Asstra Polska’s headquarters at ul. Krakowiaków now stands at more than 1,600 sqm. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported the logistics provider during the transaction. “The taking up of additional space by Asstra Polska sends a clear message that last year’s decision to move the location of the company’s headquarters to ul. Krakowiaków proved to be shrewd,” said Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, head of the office agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. The Park Warsaw office campus will offer 10 class A office buildings with a total area of 110,000 sqm. At the end of Q1 2017, The Park Warsaw secured long-term financing amounting to €105m million for the construction of Buildings 3, 4, 5 and 6.
