Griffin Real Estate changes ownership, managerial structure

9 January 2018

PrzemysƂaw Krych has resigned from all positions at Griffin Real Estate and related entities as well as left its ownership structure. The move follows Krych’s detainment by Poland’s Central Anticorruption Bureau in December on unspecified charges. Krych has denied any wrongdoing. Maciej Dyjas and Nebil Senman, who earlier co-managed and co-owned the company with Krych, have become the sole managing partners and sole owners of the Griffin Real Estate. “The decision made by PrzemysƂaw Krych is a result of his detention and the prosecutor’s charges. We deeply believe Mr. Krych has never committed any crimes and is innocent. However, for the good of the company and its projects, he decided to leave its stockholding structure,” said Dyjas.
In the meantime, PrzemysƂaw Czuk has joined the team as chief financial officer. He previously worked as CFO for J&S (part of Mercuria, one of the largest commodity trading groups in the world) and for Bridgepoint, ABRIS and Advent as CFO for their portfolio companies. Ewa Podgórska also joined Griffin as partner, co-general counsel and chief compliance officer. She has been a partner and chief legal counsel of numerous subsidiaries of the Eastbridge Group, and then of Eastbridge itself, for about the last 20 years.
