Treucon has sold its mixed-use property in Berlin to a private investor. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The property, located on Gustav-Adolf-Strasse, offers 34 residential units on 2,341 sqm. It also features four commercial units (553 sqm) and 34 parking spaces. The complex was built between 1995 and 1997. Treucon was advised by SKE Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, while Consens Immobilien GmbH advised the buyer.
