Catalyst Capital, a European real estate investment and fund management company, has acquired Nobilis Business House from Echo Investment for €44m. The building is located on Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie street in Wrocław and was completed in late 2016. Nobilis Business House offers 16,900 sqm of GLA, of which 75 percent is leased to companies like Onet Group, City Space, PPG Deco, Smith & Nephew and Synexus.
