Hochtief Polska will develop a packaging material manufacturing building on the Alupol Films campus in Oświęcim, near Kraków. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. Completion is scheduled for summer 2019. The building will offer more than 5,500 sqm of usable space. It will be a mirror image of the existing production hall and will include a production line for extruded packaging materials and a warehouse. The contract also includes the execution of process systems and external infrastructure, including a manoeuvring area and relocation of utilities.
