The Slovak property company Merius has submitted EIA documentation for its project Tomášíková to the city of Bratislava. The multifunctional scheme is planned to be built in front of the Nové Mesto railway station, near the Kuchajda lake. The current design calls for two 14-storey buildings that would share an underground garage with a capacity of 474 cars. Total floorspace for the above-ground portions of the scheme is 32,500 sqm. According to documents filed with the city, construction is expected to begin this year and last until 2020.
