Joint venture partners AUG. PRIEN Immobilien and DC Developments GmbH & Co. KG have secured a €139m loan from HSH Nordbank for a planned residential project in Hamburg. The two companies are set to build a housing scheme in the city’s Strandkai district. The development will feature two 150-meter tower buildings, offering 17,000 sqm of space over 17 floors. The property will also include integrated parking and commercial space.
