Mid-Atlantic Properties has hired Kaylie Gioioso Stern as the company’s In-House Counsel. Prior to joining Mid-Atlantic, Stern worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, D.C., in the firm’s real estate practice group. She has experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, commercial leasing and purchase and sale agreements. Stern graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a degree in Economics and attended law school at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude.
