Exterior Building Supply, a New Orleans-based building supply company, has signed a 42,000 square foot lease for a new distribution center in southwest Orlando. Located at 735 Central Florida Parkway, the facility is close to Florida’s Turnpike and Orlando International Airport. Jason G. Toll, MiCP, director of industrial services at NAI Realvest, represented the tenant and negotiated the lease with the buildings owner, Melbury Investments. Interior Exterior Building Supply, with six other locations in Florida, plans to begin operations supplying drywall and other building supplies from its new Central Florida branch distribution facility in January.
