Spaces, a Dutch company that offers flexible workplace and co-working space solutions, has leased 4,200 sqm of office space at Centrum Marszałkowska, which is set for completion in April in central Warsaw. JLL advised Spaces during lease negotiations, while Baker & McKenzie acted as a legal advisor. BBI Development, the developer of Centrum Marszałkowska, was represented by CBRE and the Markowska Materla law firm. Centrum Marszałkowska is a class A+ office and retail project going up at the crossroads of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets. When completed, Centrum Marszałkowska will offer more than 13,500 sqm of modern office space and approximately 3,000 sqm of retail space.
