Immofinanz was granted a five-year €205m secured loan from Berlin Hyp and Erste Group Bank. The funding will allow the Austrian commercial real estate group to refinance its office portfolio in Warsaw, replacing seven existing, individual real estate loans. The assets include Park Postepu, Nimbus, Brama Zachodnia, Equator, Crown Point and Crown Tower. The portfolio offers around 140,000 sqm of leasable space and has been owned and managed by Immofinanz AG for several years. Berlin Hyp acted as the agent in this transaction.
