Invesco acquires Corso IIa in Prague 8

Invesco Real Estate has acquired the Corso IIa Office Building in the KarlĆ­n district of Prague 8 in a transaction whose price is being kept confidential. Built in 2008, the 13,000 sqm building is occupied by international office tenants and has a Vitra Design showroom. ā€œThe acquisition is part of the implementation of our strategy to buy prime properties in core locations, where we can retain and enhance value though our on-the-ground asset management teams,ā€ said Tomas Picha, Senior Director – CEE transactions for Invesco Real Estate. Knight Frank and PRK Legal represented the seller in the sale process, while the purchaser was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and Wilsons.
