Skanska has sold the first phase of Nowy Rynek, an office building within a mixed-use project in Poznań for €73m. The name of the buyer was not released. Construction of the first phase started in July and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2019. The six-story office building will have a total leasable area of 25,000 sqm and is expected to receive LEED Gold certification. The transfer of the property is scheduled for the second quarter of 2019.
