CTP bought the Czech portion of the British company Waystone, whose main project was connected to building at a former military barracks in the town of Střibro. Plans for the area included the construction of an industrial and residential project through an investment expected to cost mor than CZK 1bn. E15 reports that CTP intends to continue with the project, which includes 12 ha of land for industrial buildings. Apartments can be built on the remaining 9 ha. CTP recently hired Vladimir Muller, who was development manager at Waystone.
