One United Properties, a residential developer with a focus on northern Bucharest, launched a new division called NEO, which will specialize in the development of four- to six-floor building blocks as well as projects on 2,000 to 3,000 sqm plots. The new division will be headed by Octavian Avramoiu and Catalin Scripcaru. NEO will oversee residential schemes in Bucharest as well as on the seaside.
