Eduart Forejt his post as business development director at JLL’s Prague office to join the agency’s former MD Tewfik Sabongui and Petr Žalský (former leasing manager at CA Immo). The three have set up a new commercial real estate agency called THREESIXTY that began operations Dec. 13. The company’s primary activities will be investment, appraisals, asset management, development consultations, leasing and land acquisitions. Partners at the company told the daily Hospodářské noviny their goal is to create a brand capable of competing with the international agencies present on the market.
