DIC Asset AG has acquired two office properties in Germany for its DIC Office Balance II institutional real estate fund. The purchase price was €30m. The leasable area of the property in Dortmund, located on Königswall, offers around 4,800 sqm of space. One of its anchor tenants is the Continentale BKK insurance company. The second property is a building on Bahnhofstrasse in Bremen, offering around 8,000 sqm. Both properties are around 93 percent occupied. PricewaterhouseCoopers, Graf von Westphalen, JLL and Noerr LLP acted as advisors.
