Kamil Żach has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a land specialist. He will be responsible for the acquisition and sale of development land. He will also review real estate documents, cooperate with public administration and build relations with real estate owners and investors. Żach has many years of professional experience in the acquisition of commercial and residential properties. He recently worked as the market development manager at Stokrotka, where his responsibilities included selecting locations, growth potential analyses, feasibility studies and negotiating lease or purchase terms.
