STEP will be the general contractor for YIT’s residential project Aalto Cibulka in Košíře – Prague 5. The low-energy scheme will have 250 apartments and should be finished by 2019. YIT’s Business Manager, Dana Bartoňová said they weren’t working with contractor for the first time. “We chose STEP because they have a wealth of experience and because of great cooperation on the Hájek, Green Motol and Koivu Zličín projects, which we were very satisfied with.” She said that over half the apartments at Aalto Cibulka have already been sold. Aalto Cibulka will offer units ranging from 29 sqm to 156 sqm, many with a balcony or a terrace. Southern portions of the building will offer a view of the Košíře- Motol park. Landscaping around the project will include Finnish-style ponds and other water elements.
