Two new tenants took nearly 4,000 sqm at Wilanów office complex in Warsaw. A company specializing in security and fire protection systems will move in at the beginning of 2018, while the second new tenant, New Work, an operator of instant offices and coworking spaces, opened its first location in Poland at Wilanów Office Park in November. The scheme’s Be Free building is now fully occupied, while the Be the One building is currently 95 percent leased. The complex features three buildings. In addition to Be the One and Be Free, the property also houses the headquarters of Asseco Poland SA. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland was responsible for marketing and leasing Be the One and Be Free, which offer 7,000 and 10,000 sqm of rentable office space along with more than 400 parking spaces.
