Art-Invest Real Estate sold Le Méridien Frankfurt Hotel from its Hotel-Manage to Core-Fonds for €85m. The hotel was sold to a joint venture between First Sponsor Group Limited and its two key shareholders City Developments Limited (CDL) and Tai Tak Estates Sendirian Berhad. Le Méridien Frankfurt, located in the city’s Bahnhofsviertel district, offers approximately 4,405 sqm of space in two buildings with 300 rooms and 670 sqm of conference space. There is also a wellness and fitness area and 48 parking spaces. The hotel is currently leased to MHP Parkhotel GmbH.
