CTP was honored in two categories at this year’s CIJ Awards Gala on Dec. 7. CTP won Best Warehouse Development and Developer of the Year for 100,000 sqm delivered at CTPark Bucharest West. Ana Dumitrache, co-country head of CTP Romania, picked up Best Leadership of the Year. The developer was extremely active in Romania in 2017 and plans to reach a total leasable area of approximately 1 million sqm on the local market by the end of 2018.
