Kondor Wessels is set to build new residential project in Offenbach. Kappus-Höfe, to go up at Luisenstrasse 42–52, will be built on the former Kappus plot. Construction is scheduled to break ground in early 2018, with completion scheduled for 2021. The property will offer 300 two- to five-room units over 25,900 sqm of space. There will also be a playground and 218 underground parking spaces. The project was designed by the Hilmer Sattler Architekten studio.
