Igus, a manufacturer of plastic materials, has extended its lease agreement and expanded its space at the Ideal Distribution Center in Warsaw. After its expansion, the company will occupy 2,000 sqm of industrial space along with 1,200 sqm of office space. JLL represented the tenant during the lease process. “We decided to extend the existing lease agreement as the Ideal Distribution Center offers flexible warehouse space and is an optimal location for us to conduct business activities. The indisputable advantages of the project, also in terms of location, improves our team’s working environment as well as contributes to swift distribution of goods in both Poland and abroad,” said Marek Wzorek, President of Igus.
