NEPI Rockcastle opened a new mall in Ramnicu Valcea, following an investment of €40m. With a leasable area of 27,900 sqm, Shopping City Râmnicu Valcea features more than 70 stores and the Carrefour hypermarket, with a sales area of 7,500 sqm. NEPI Rockcastle is also developing two shopping centers in Satu Mare and Tirgu Mures, which are scheduled to open next year. NEPI Rockcastle’s portfolio also includes Mega Mall, Promenade and Vulcan Value Center in Bucharest.
