The second building in the Proximo office complex, currently under construction at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw’s Wola district, is already 75 percent pre-leased. Proximo II will offer 20,000 sqm of office on 10 floors and 650 sqm of retail and service space on the ground floor. Construction of Proximo II, designed by British architecture studio Rolfe Judd, broke ground in late June 2016, with Hochtief Polska as the general contractor. The building will be completed in line with BREEAM Design Stage Very Good certification standards. The first tenants will move into Proximo II at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2018.
