Arete Invest, a fund primarily focused on commercial real estate, released its results for the third quarter of 2017. The rapidly growing company, founded in 2014, has seen the value of property under its control grow to €58.4m. Arete Invest CEE II achieved a gross yield of 40.5 percent. Based on a 5-year plan, Arete expects its subfund to reach a value of €200m.
At the start of the third quarter Arete Invest began restructuring its industrial and logistics area in Slovakia. “More acquisitions are in the works,” says Arete Invest´s co- founder and chairman, Lubor Svoboda. “We are also planning new projects on some of our sites in the Czech Republic and Slovakia which will further increase the value of our portfolio.” Arete Invest invests in mid to large-scale assets around CEE.
