The Ronto Group has closed on the sale of 16 finished homesites at The Ranch at Orange Blossom for $1.395 million. The lots were acquired by Lennar Homes (eight 52’ lots) and Pulte Homes (four 52’ lots and four 62’ lots) for an average of a little under $87,200 per lot. The community is located in the Immokalee Corridor of Northeast Naples at 1948 Oil Well Rd., approximately 1.5 miles east of Immokalee Rd. in Northeast Collier County, Florida. The seller has completed over $3.5 million in enhancements to the community’s entrances, landscaping, and amenities. The sale was brokered by Justin Thibaut, Doug Meschko and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions, Inc.
