Wellington, Fla.-based the Bainbridge Companies has closed on the sale of a 3.7 acre tract of land in the Ravaudage development in Winter Park. Located at the northwest corner of Lee Road and N. Orlando Avenue (Hwy 17-92), 10 minutes from downtown Orlando, the plans for the $6.95 million sale include a 278 Class A apartment building with a 5-story parking garage. Robert P. Hold, principal at Hold-Thyssen and David Winters with Florida Property Investments, co-listed the property on behalf of the seller, Dan Bellows ‒ Benjamin Partners, Ltd. The project is slated to break ground sometime this December in the 73 acre master planed development.
