Granit Polus is planning to develop a large-scale mixed-use scheme in central Budapest. The project will include office buildings, retail units, residential areas, hotels as well as a 2 ha park with services, hospitality and entertainment amenities. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for the last quarter of 2018. The completion date and investment costs were not disclosed.
