The B1 retail park, the first mall to be developed in Bistrita, has officially opened. The retail scheme was developed by the Belgian retail park investor Mitiska Reim, in partnership with Squaretime Development. Situated on Calea Moldovei, near Kaufland, the B1 shopping center stretches over an area of 10,000 sqm and offers 450 parking spaces. Investment costs topped €10m.
